Chair Yoga
What is Chair Yoga & who is it for?
This style of chair yoga is an accessible and inclusive approach to a yoga practice designed to support anyone who struggles with mobility issues, chronic fatigue and those dealing with chronic/long term injury or pain management. (N.B. Please ensure you are ok’d by your health care providers for exercise)
Chair Yoga brings the ground up to you & meets you where you’re at! No need to be able to get to the ground to get all the amazing benefits of a yoga practice.
Your teacher Dani has trained in Lakshmi Voulker Chair Yoga & is here to support you- even if you’ve never done yoga before.
Due to therapeutic nature of this class it will be taught in small groups and as a 45minute class to ensure you are supported & have all the appropriate equipment.
