Mastering movement.. (formerly mobility flow)
In this class we will learn and repeat fun & functional movement patterns in mini-flows to create a better mind-body connection and work on joint mobility. We practice specific drills to work on strength & mobility, and mobilisations for essential maintenance of joint health.
Using movement principals of neuro-muscular learning & mobility we aim for integrated strength & intelligent movement within the body. This will enhance your other movement practices or training, allow you to move with freedom & take care of your joints.
(Note; although options are given for different mobility levels it is helpful to have some experience of other movement for this group class- this method can be taught on a 1:1 basis to work on specific mobility issues if you are less mobile)
