Mum & Baby Yoga
Take time for yourself in a supportive group with other new/new again mamas to heal & support your body whilst also connecting with your baby. This class will combine some gentle awakening, mindful & strengthening practices for you to check in with your own needs & feelings as well as some lovely bonding practices for you & your baby to do together.
Expect a warm & welcoming space with teacher Gina & other mamas- feed & comfort your baby as needed & don’t worry if they cry.
For Babies up to crawling age.
