Pilates

We have 2 Pilates classes currently at the studio. Pilates develops the body through muscular effort that stems from the core. The technique cultivates awareness of the body to support everyday movements that are efficient and graceful. Principles are based around core strength, pelvic stability. Benefits can include a life free of back-pain & better strength/stability for other movement.

Yin-Yang- Monday 7:30pm  This class with Leah is a blend which includes 40mins where you will use your body & often equipment in a controlled way to build core control, strength & improve movement quality. This class is energetic from the get go and the perfect way to re-energise yourself. Leave feeling longer, stronger- more resilient. Expect to feel the burn.

Pilates- Monday 9:30am In Carol’s signature style class you can expect to flow to music through Pilates exercises using equipment to bring challenge & awareness.

Beginners & beyond, all are welcome & will benefit.
