The Set Series
The Set Series is a sequence of postures, created to help you build a solid foundation on which to base your physical yoga practice.
Journey through standing, balancing, back-bending and seated/floor based postures, with options for all levels. This sequence is paced to give you the space to find what works for your mind & your body, cultivate learning through repetition. Finishing the sequence with a short guided meditation and relaxation to help you rest and reset.
Think of this class as a yoga tool box. This is a sequence which works for many different bodies, over time, to build a solid yoga practice.
