Our Vinyasa flow is gently paced for all-levels and is a great way to progress from our ‘Fundamentals’ class. Start to connect your poses together whilst still getting time to breathe and find strength in each one.
Step-up to flow;
Once you are familiar with the fundamental poses, Vinyasa Flow helps you to build body awareness & confidence in movement. It’s great for those who have a busy mind & struggle to focus/get distracted.
What to expect; Gently paced, purposely sequenced with an area of focus designed to open & strengthen the body to work towards a peak pose. Explore transitions, build strength in your poses & connect movement with breath to quiet a busy mind, soothe the nervous system & cultivate a sense of calm.
