Vinyasa
This class is a fusion of traditional yoga and modern flow which follows a framework of standing, balancing & seated yoga postures linked with fun transitions. Emily injects a little fun and fluidity into this class, integrates body systems and explores traditional teachings in a modern context.
This class is open to all experience levels and is taught in a student-centred way. You will be guided to work confidently at your own level. Expect to work your body, breathe, build heat, wobble, laugh, and learn.

Restore & Relax
Our Restorative class is a blend of gentle tension-releasing movement, accessible grounding postures, soothing breath-work and guided meditation/relaxation. Very accessible for everybody.
