Yoga with Props

In these small group sessions we will play with the idea of yoga as origami. We will put the mind in the body to explore.

Practice can serve us well body, mind & spirit if we create ritual around it & develop techniques we can use well, anytime we need them.

Using props & the wall in our practice allows us to experience feedback & give ourselves boundaries. We will use props to explore & give space to the body. These classes will include meditation & some breathwork.

> Explore the concept of boundaries to lengthen & find space

> Work on finding your centre & stability
