Introducing somatic movement, its basic principles and how it helps you to manage muscular pain, tension, stress and mobility issues.
This modality of movement is so simple and gentle but extremely powerful. This workshop is an exploration of what somatics using some of the more fundamental movements to access muscles all over the body, teaching us how to lengthen and relax the tension from them, dissolving pain and allowing us to move better and more comfortably. For all levels whether you’re new to Somatics or have done lots before.
