If you are interested in learning how to balance on your hands join Andy for this 2.5hr fun workshop where you will learn to safely build strength, awareness & confidence.

  • Play with simple technique & alignment drills available to all abilities
  • Head to the wall to learn various ways you can use the wall to improve strength, stability & balance.

All levels are welcome-you will be encouraged & supported to work where you are at!
