Introduction to Hot Yoga

Learn the basics of hot yoga with Grace in this 2.5hr workshop designed to give you the confidence to attend & benefit from weekly hot yoga classes. This session is open to complete beginners or anyone new to hot yoga and will cover the benefits, myths, origins and styles of hot yoga as well as highlighting potential contraindications. The first part of the workshop will be in reduced heat & involve theory & discussion.

The session will conclude with an hour-long hot yoga class where individual postural assessment and corrections will be given. You will leave this session knowing if hot yoga is for you and braced with the knowledge you need to commit to a regular practice.

You will be given some information to take away & each attendee will receive some re-hydration supplements to take away after the session.
