Introduction to Yoga Course

This Introduction to Yoga course which will launch our new weekly Beginners class on a Tuesday morning. Held in our beautiful and calming purpose built studio this course will offer even the complete beginner an introduction to the basics of yoga in welcoming & supportive setting.
Come as you are; all equipment will be provided and your teacher Gina will tailor & guide the practice to meet the needs of the group.
Each class in this 4 week programme is designed to introduce you to the following elements-
- Physical postures (also known as asana)
- Meditation
- Breathing (also known as pranayama)
- Relaxation
Join us to start your Yoga journey & discover all of the incredible physical, mental & social benefits of a bringing a weekly yoga session into your life.
What happens after the 4 week course?.. We really want this course to be just the beginning of your journey and our aim is to provide a foundation from which you can continue to grow, explore & really start to enjoy all the benefits of a regular practice. At the end of the 4 weeks this class will convert into a regular weekly Beginners yoga class which you can continue to come along to each week.
