Join us online for our monthly Yin Yoga special with Carliann.
The Yin practice helps us to balance our energies through yin principles, simple poses in which we therapeutically stress tissues, explore breathwork & practice meditation to explore our inner landscape.
Yin allows us time to slow down & to work with the nervous system to restore balance. Yin also offers the ideal compliment to training the body in any active & dynamic way and can help to gently soften and release tension held in the body. According to the meridian theory of Yin (from Chinese medicine) it can also be used to therapeutically target the organs, like accupuncture.
Carliann is a specialist teacher, she always brings a wealth of knowledge & wisdom through in her teaching.
