Introducing somatic movement, its basic principles and how it helps you to manage muscular pain, tension, stress and mobility issues.

This modality of movement is so simple and gentle but extremely powerful. This workshop is an exploration of what somatics using some of the more fundamental movements to access muscles all over the body, teaching us how to lengthen and relax the tension from them, dissolving pain and allowing us to move better and more comfortably. For all levels whether you’re new to Somatics or have done lots before.

6 week programme of Mama focused Yoga classes for any stage post-partum! Bring babies along too- any age up to crawling. Prefer to come without baby/toddler- also great!

4-week coaching course- Embark on an exciting handstand adventure with our specialized 4-week course! Each 1.5-hour class is designed to guide you through key progressions, ensuring a comprehensive and rewarding experience.

In this workshop we will practise Vinyasa specifically targeting the meridians (energy lines) of the wood element for Spring to stoke up the qi – this element loves to move, so expect some juicy twists and lateral side movements to target the tonic points. We will then slow down into some juicy Yin and learn acupressure self healing touch points you can incorporate in your daily life. Wind down with some reflection, journeying meditation and deep rest. We are here to blossom into our fullest expression & potential; come and immerse in this energy-move, reflect, gain insight and vision yourself into bloom.
