Pregnancy Yoga Workshop

A gentle yoga workshop for all mamas-to-be from 12 weeks gestation.
Pregnancy is such a special time for a woman and this workshop will give you some space to relax, meet other mamas-to-be and prepare for bringing your baby into the world.
In this class you’ll be led through nurturing yoga sequences safe for pregnancy, breathing exercises and meditations, to help connect you to your innate feminine wisdom and womb space as you create new life.
Gina is trained in pre and post natal yoga as well as womb yoga and will bring intuitive knowledge along with personal experience of pregnancy and motherhood to create a safe space for you to feel calm, held and prepared for the magical journey you are on to motherhood
To make yourself more comfortable please do bring along a pillow and blanket for relaxation/meditation.
