Super cool chilled Mamas workshop

This 2-hour practice aims to bring some super cool Mamas together to move, meditate and breath away all that built up Mama stress and anxiety.

By sharing their expertise in Yoga Therapy and Psychology, Sarah & Emily will give you some daily habits that can help us to stay super cool, but mostly you will leave with the acceptance and realisation that you’re not on your own and you can ride these waves of madness & joy!
