Yin Yoga special

This extended practice offers us some deep Yin-dulgance to balance our energy. Yin is a gentle practice; in which we use simple poses to therapeutically stress tissues, explore breathwork & meditation. Yin allows us to slow down, to go within and to work with the nervous system to soften & restore balance. Carliann is a specialist teacher & as always brings a wealth of knowledge & wisdom through in her teaching.

Yin also offers the ideal compliment to training the body in any active & dynamic way and can help to gently soften and release tension held in the body. According to the meridian theory of Yin (from Chinese medicine) it can also be used to therapeutically target the organs, like accupuncture.

Everybody is welcome to this class, no experience is necessary to practice Yin. You’ll be encouraged to meet yourself where you are & guided through Yin principles which help us learn how to do that.
