Let the workshop fun begin..

Workshops are an incredible way to broaden your yoga horizons & learn so much more about all aspects of the practice. Some workshops will be technical, some more experiential. They offer more time to play, learn, explore & break stuff down. Workshops with guest teachers are also a great way to receive different teaching styles & try new things. As we know, variety is key to healthy balance..

Skills & Drills

What an amazing start to our incredible line up of workshops at the studio, a fully booked Sunday afternoon with the wonderful Francis Perry sharing his step-by-step handstand training workshop.

Handstands with Francis Perry..

Frank has been a yogi for 25 years, and has taught & studies various styles from Ashtanga to Remedial Yoga, Gentle & Yin Yoga, Functional Anatomy & Hand balancing. Frank is a handstand enthusiast & a great teacher. His training with different schools of hand-balancing all feed into his method & he loves seeing people go on a journey with the handstand.

Step-by-step, Sunday afternoon very well spent. Learning to prepare the body safely & thoroughly, learning to fall out of a handstand safely to overcome fear & then how to start to explore balance & build stamina in the handstand in various ways. Safe to say we all got upside down & Frank was thoroughly impressed by the progress made by everyone. A huge thank you to everybody who attended-especially those who travelled to come, I am thrilled to expand the Mula community in this way.

Frank says..

It was a true honour to share time & my passion for inverting & movement with beautiful like minded souls. Well done & keep practicing!
