One Yoga, One Home

Firstly, I wanted to say a huge heartfelt THANK YOU to everybody who has helped & supported me in making my dream happen. The studio is open! So many wonderful people have been involved in this process & it would not have all come together without every single one of you. We launched with a wonderful open evening on Friday, so many of you came to show your support & it meant so much to me to have you all there.

On Saturday morning we opened with a donation based class for charity Sea Shepard. A charity who actively support marine conservation & run ocean clean-ups. This is something I feel passionately that we should all concern ourselves with. Unnecessary use of single use plastics is something which has a major impact on our oceans, the life within it & ultimately our whole plant, our home! For this reason we shall try to the best of our ability to avoid single use plastics within the studio & actively encourage you all to make small changes, taking your yoga off the mat & doing what you can to make a difference.

Thank you to everyone who came along & flowed with me in aid of our oceans. We raised £100 for Sea Shepard, what an amazing way to launch into our timetable, which starts on Monday.

We encourage you to bring a reusable water bottle with you to the studio, please feel free to fill it up in our kitchen as required.
