Grace teaches her Set Series, Sunday service here at the studio.  This is a fantastic full-body sequence for all bodies/levels. You can attend as a beginner and build a yoga toolkit and weekly habit through this class or you can use it to explore further and compliment the flow classes. Grace is passionate about creating a balanced practice for everyday people which will enrich the rest of your week. You can expect to build some heat, find stability, explore balance and open your heart, finish your practice with meditation & relaxation.

Grace’s yoga roots;

Grace left her job in advertising to travel to India & study yoga in 2017, she spent 6 months studying & teaching there. She continues a dedicated path studying & teaching yoga alongside power-lifting which she has found to be the perfect combination.  Having taught a wide range of body types and abilities she has fed all of that experience into her teaching style and crafted a practice which ‘just works’. She is passionate about helping people discover their inner strength & potential through yoga.
