Grace

Grace is passionate about creating practices for everyday people which will enrich lives & invigorate bodies. She believes strength & flexibility are of equal importance should be well balanced and teaches to reflect this. When you practice with Grace expect to build some heat, explore stability, balance and space. Grace teaches Set Series, our Sunday service, aswell as our new Strength & conditioning class- all her classes are accessible to everyone.

Grace’s yoga roots;

Grace left her job in advertising to travel to India & study yoga in 2017, she spent 6 months studying & teaching there. She continues a dedicated path studying & teaching yoga alongside power-lifting which she has found to be the perfect combination.  Having taught a wide range of body types and abilities she has fed all of that experience into her teaching style and crafted a practice which ‘just works’. She is passionate about helping people discover their inner strength & potential through yoga.
