Yoga has enriched Lauren’s life with a strong sense of belonging aswell as a thriving physical & mental health. She loves to bring mind, body & spirit together through sequencing which explores both strength & flexibility.
Lauren’s Yoga Roots;
“Yoga became part of my life in 2013, and was something I stumbled into but very quickly took on a very important role. In 2017 I began my teaching journey and studied with Yoga Alliance at The Yoga Hub in Liverpool. I love to learn and I am always striving to continue to deepen my knowledge of yoga and teaching”

Our Hot Yoga class uses infra-red heating which has many health benefits & honours the traditional methodology of yoga in the heat.
Yin Yoga & Relax
Yin Yoga is a perfect class for those who want to slow down, release tension & create space to be mindful. A soothing practice that works on the joints & fascia for longevity in the body. Yin is for everyone!
Vinyasa Yoga
Read about our Vinyasa style classes at the studio. Vinyasa means movement aligned with breath. Expect to flow from one posture to the next & spend less time holding poses-more time moving through them!
