Yin Yoga, Reiki & Sound healing

Come & join Jessica as she guides you in some gentle movement & Yin Yoga then relaxes you in a deep meditation with a sound bath including crystal bowls.

You will receive Reiki healing during the session leaving you feeling relaxed, nourished and fully restored.

About Jessica: Jessica is an experienced Yoga teacher, Reiki & Sekhem Master, Intuitive Healer, Divine Feminine Facilitator & Circle Creatrix. Having been in this field for over ten years she creates a space that is truly safe, authentic & welcoming.
