Spiritual Warrior ™
The Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior ™ 1-hour set sequence is a well rounded comprehensive yoga class that transforms, invigorates and energizes, while at the same time grounding and leading the student inward on an exploration of the deeper aspects of the self.
Hot Yoga- Deep Stretch & Cleanse
This class takes a therapeutic approach! Think slow, low & longer holds. Ideal for those preferring a slower pace or using Yoga as recovery from sports. Hot Restore makes use of the therapeutic benefits of the infra-red heat but the emphasis is more on creating space, improving flexibility, releasing tension & feeling relaxed
Yoga Rx
This class is intended for beginner to experienced students to work on different areas of the body into active range of movement, to improve awareness & function in the body & do it all in a mindful way with breath connection.
Hot Yoga
Our Hot Yoga class uses infra-red heating which has many health benefits & honours the traditional methodology of yoga in the heat.
Yin Yoga & Relax
Yin Yoga is a perfect class for those who want to slow down, release tension & create space to be mindful. A soothing practice that works on the joints & fascia for longevity in the body. Yin is for everyone!
Vinyasa Yoga
Read about our Vinyasa style classes at the studio. Vinyasa means movement aligned with breath. Expect to flow from one posture to the next & spend less time holding poses-more time moving through them!
