Post-Natal Yoga Course

We are passionate about empowering women post-partum!

This post-natal yoga class is centred around you! Helping you to heal from the inside out, connect to your new body & enjoy some time about you! Join us for this course to help you rebuild in this new body you are proud to call home..

Your post natal body has new specific needs & we are passionate about helping you understand how to rebuild the groundworks right & enjoy something for yourself post-partum!

This course is for Mums 6 weeks post-birth** onwards and their babies any age up to sitting (not quite mobile) and you are welcomed to feed & comfort baby as needed throughout sessions.

**6 weeks post partum is the general advice/guideline for returning to gentle movement, please get in touch if you are unsure about attending. You will always be encouraged to work within your own healing journey & body’s wisdom in these classes!

A little more about the course;

It takes time for your body to heal from creating & birthing new life. During these sessions we will practice gentle yoga movements that encourage this healing to happen from the inside out.

Gina has been teaching yoga for over a decade & her passion is for working with women and encouraging them to connect to their changing bodies. As a mum herself, Gina has used Yoga throughout pregnancy, birth & beyond & now teaches womb yoga as well as pre & post natal.
