Somatics Mind & Bodywork Workshop

Introducing somatic movement, its basic principles and how it helps you to manage muscular pain, tension, stress and mobility issues.

This modality of movement is so simple and gentle but extremely powerful. This workshop is an exploration of what somatics using some of the more fundamental movements to access muscles all over the body, teaching us how to lengthen and relax the tension from them, dissolving pain and allowing us to move better and more comfortably.

Often, stress and general daily worries can be absorbed in to muscles and we take on the strain of life- whatever those maybe for you- and this workshop also allows you to tap in to this and shift some of that stress, freeing up some space in your body and brain again for more enjoyable activities.

This workshop is for any age or ability. Whether you’re new to somatic movement or have done it for a while, it’s ideal to help you discover its benefits or re-learn its purpose and explore some familiar movements in more depth.
