Embark on an exciting handstand adventure with our specialized 4-week course! Each Sunday session will be held at 12pm and will be a 1.5-hour class is designed to guide you through key progressions, ensuring a comprehensive and rewarding experience.

Week 1: Front Splits and L-Shape Handstand
Master the fundamentals of hand balancing with a focus on front splits and L-shape handstand variations. Lay the foundation for a solid handstand practice.

Week 2: Middle Split and Straddle
Expand your skills by delving into middle split and straddle techniques. Learn to control your body in different positions, enhancing your overall handstand prowess.

Week 3: Tuck Handstand and Strength
Build strength and refine your technique with a focus on tuck handstand variations. Develop the coordination, strength and stability necessary for a controlled handstand.

Week 4: Complete Practice                                                                                      Bring it all together in our final week, where you’ll integrate your learnings into a full comprehensive handstand practice homing in on technique and balance
