Andy’s passion is helping people thrive through Yoga & movement. He loves to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness & a dose of inspiration to help you reconnect to your body & find a love for movement!
In his classes you’ll learn how to create greater range of motion and flexibility in key areas of the body. By using specific drills & sequencing to educate the nervous system on how to express these movements you will gain greater strength, flexibility & mobility throughout the whole body.
By nurturing your body, mind & spirit, Andy’s goal is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished & balanced.
Andy’s Yoga Roots..
“Yoga became part of my life in August 2017. My practice has helped me restore inbalances and instabilities, grow stronger, more flexible and fearless both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully. I will always be a student of the practice and i’m deeply grateful for the loving wisdom my teachers have shared with me.”
He completed his 200hr Hatha training in Rishikesh, India at the end of 2018 and now studies online with inspiring teachers combining FRC and Yoga.
