Pregnancy Yoga Course

Join Gina, our specialist Women’s Yoga teacher for a nourishing 6 week programme of Pregnancy Yoga classes.
These classes are for anyone from the start of second trimester all the way to full term, regardless of previous yoga experience.. beginners are very welcome!
Aswell as being great for alleviating any unwanted pregnancy symptoms, yoga through pregnancy can help keep your body mobile and ready for birth & caring for a newborn.
There will be a big emphasis towards the end of class on supported relaxation which is always really valuable for your body, mind & heart but also with this being a friday night class just super yummy and needed as you may have worked all week whilst putting all that extra energy into growing that precious little baby!
We will provide everything you need for class including mats so just bring yourself & some water. Wear comfortable clothes & settle in for an hour to nourish yourself & your baby!
