Gina
Gina has been teaching yoga for over 10 years and specialising in women’s yoga for 8 of those. She is passionate about working with women in all stages of life and is qualified to teach pre/postnatal yoga, womb yoga, baby yoga and women’s trauma informed yoga – as well as hatha/vinyasa. Her work focuses on connecting women to their innate feminine power through movement, breath and meditation – bringing them back into their bodies so they can feel safe to take up space in the world and move through life with grace and power. Gina is also a menstrual cycle awareness mentor who works with women to understand and harmonise with their cycles, reclaiming menstruation as a female superpower rather than a curse/inconvenience.
