Ashtanga Yoga is a traditional style brought over from India & involves a set sequence of postures taught to open hips, establish postures and build strength & endurance.
This 2hr practice traditionally led by Emily will be followed by a philosophy & dharma talk/discussion.
Emily is a certified Yoga alliance continuing education provider, teachers may have these hours certified as CE.
