Emily Young

Emily teaches from a wealth of experience & depth of knowledge. Through extensive training she blends tradition with science, philosophy & body systems in her teaching. Her teaching style is inclusive, student centred & integrates positive psychology throughout.

You will experience all that yoga has to offer with Emily. She has a lengthy career in yoga & is still studying. Always evolving, never still for long.. Emily is very creative in her teaching. Mid-flow philosophy drops and funky transitions often feature, but she maintains structure in tradition. Her style offers real value to anybody wanting to learn and be challenged by the practice.

Emily’s classes are open to all experience levels and taught in a student-centred way. You will be guided to work confidently at your own level. Expect to work your body, breathe, build heat, wobble, laugh, and learn.

Emily’s yoga roots;

Emily is a Yoga Alliance teacher trainer, university lecturer & student of everything. She has studied & taught yoga all over the globe with particular time spent in Mysore-India, the home of Ashtanga yoga. Her teaching style is inclusive & integrates her knowledge & learning of positive psychology throughout.
