Hot Restore makes use of the therapeutic benefits of the infra-red heat but the emphasis is more on creating space, improving flexibility, releasing tension & feeling relaxedÂ
Yoga Skills & Drills
This class is intended for beginner to experienced students to work on active mobility, improve awareness & function in the body & relax with some passive stretching towards the end of class.

Our Hot Yoga class uses infra-red heating which has many health benefits & honours the traditional methodology of yoga in the heat.
