This class is a fusion of traditional yoga and modern flow which follows a framework of standing, balancing & seated yoga postures. Expect to work your body, breathe, build heat, wobble, laugh, and learn.
Our Vinyasa class is paced for all-levels and is a great way to progress from our ‘Fundamentals’ class. Start to connect your poses together whilst still getting time to breathe and find strength in each one.
