Flexibility The Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior ™ 1-hour set sequence is a well rounded comprehensive yoga class that transforms, invigorates and energizes, while at the same time grounding and leading the student inward on an exploration of the deeper aspects of the self.
This is a Vinyasa style class but beginners up for some challenge are most welcome here as the set sequence nature of the class allows you to build confidence & familiarity of the poses week on week.
A great class for a Thursday night as you can show up, know what you are getting & allow this practice to truly become a moving meditation.
Dean is a dear friend of mine & aswell as being a dedicated experienced Yoga teacher he is also a trained massage & healing therapist . His energy is really warm & nourishing & I know you’ll all welcome him to the studio with love.
