This Hot Yoga class offers all the same benefits of the infra-red heat detailed HERE but the emphasis is more on creating space, improving flexibility and releasing tension.

A largely floor based practice blending traditional hatha style yoga and deep meditative stretches designed to leave you feeling relaxed and restored. The 35+ degree infra-red heat gives your body permission to soften & open up.

The ideal class for those using yoga as recovery from other sports or activities to rebalance the body & calm the mind. It can also be suitable when coming back to movement after injury or in managing back pain, it’s also great for those who prefer to move at a slower pace in the hot room but still gain the benefits.
