Mellow Mondays are the vibe at the studio..

This class is for those who like a more relaxed approach to their movement practice. Grounding, soothing movement to soften, release tension and encourage relaxation. The ideal antidote to a hard day-which often leaves us with a hard body and busy mind.

Explore gentle flowing movement in your body and mellow your mind with conscious breath work.

A very inclusive & accessible approach is taken in this class.
