Yoga Skills & Drills

This class is intended for beginner to experienced students to learn the basics and progressions of active mobility drills which will increase and strengthen their range of motion.

Looking for strength & flexibility gains? Work on your movement skills in this class with a mixture of Yoga & Mobility drills to improve your range of movement, strength & functionality. Expect to journey towards poses & explore then at your own unique greatest, safest effort.

Work to create more space in the body, increase longevity of the joints and release tension using more passive yoga postures towards the end of class.

This class will ultimately bring you a greater sense of body awareness aswell as more function & freedom in movement.
